Amy Hereford is available for consultation and education at
your location.
Topics
Topics may cover a variety of legal issues particular to religious institutes.
The general topic and the audience should be specified prior to accepting
the speaking engagement. The topic will probably be refined as the talk
is prepared.
Dates
Dates should be set for presentations at least a few months in advance.
At that time a general discussion of the topic of the presentation should
occur. A few weeks before the presentation, the topic can be refined.
Travel and accomodations, materials and equipment should be finalized
at this time.
Fees
$1,500 per day, plus expenses. Fee includes travel time, e.g. if a one
day presentation requires a half day of travel, it would be billed at
one and a half days. Travel expenses are actual expenses, and/or federal
rate for car travel. Accomodations may be provided by the client.
Materials / Handouts
The file for the handouts can be e-mailed in advance so that the client
can provide copies for participants. Amy will charge for copies she
provides.
Equipment
Generally an LCD (Power Point) projector is required, and a laptop is
appreciated. If this is not available, it can be rented at the client's
expense. If no projector can be obtained, an overhead projector may
be substituted, however, the client will be charged for materials to
create the slides.
