Live Webcast

-broadband (e.g.DSL, T1, Cable) is highly recommended
Computer speakers or headphones

The webcast provider is wizIQ which works with Linux, Mac and PC. It is browser based and works with many different browsers. Click here to test or setup your computer.

On-Demand:

A live internet connection is required to view or download an on-demand program, but broadband is not required. Programs are about 20 MB to download.

Programs are available a few days after the live webcast, and remain available for several weeks to view online at your convenience. You also have the option of downloading the entire program for later viewing on your computer, IPod or other mobile device. File formats include an audio file (.mp3), handouts (.pdf) and sometimes also a flash video file (.exe).

If you purchase a webcast that is already past, you will receive access within a few days of your purchase; the program will remain available for several weeks.

The on-demand version is exactly the same as the CD-ROM version, except that you access it online rather than from a CD-ROM in your computer. Also, the on-demand version is greener since there isn't a plastic disk left over after viewing.
