Webinar Technical Requirements

Live Webcast   

• Computer
  
• Live internet connection
  -broadband (e.g.DSL, T1, Cable) is highly recommended)
• Either a telephone, or computer speakers or headphones

The webcast provider is DimDim. Dimdim gets along with Windows, Mac and Linux.

• To attend a Dimdim Web Meeting you simply need a modern web browser. We've tested Firefox 1.5, IE 6 & Safari 2 and greater.
• Adobe Flash Player Version 10 is also required. (Most browsers already have Flash installed.) Click on this link to install Flash if you need it.
• Click to test your system to ensure it works great with Dimdim.

Webcast Policies

Cancellation policy - If an illness or other unforeseen event prevents you from attending a live webcast you have purchased, our policy allows you (1) to view an archived version of the webcast for up to 90 days following the broadcast date, or (2) to substitute a later webcast within one year, or (3) receive $50 as a refund of your registration fee less a handling fee. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the webcast start time. Please send an email to a.hereford@yahoo.com to cancel, or call 314-266-1814.

Presentation - Each internet connection requires a separate registration.

Additional Copies - Live attendees who also wish access to the recorded webcast can purchase this for $25 for the On-Demand version, $35 for the CD-ROM version.
