2. Agenda and supporting information

When we meet, I am there to be of service. I appreciate having some information in advance to be more prepared to discuss your concerns. I review this information a day or two before our meeting. We are all busy so no worries if you prefer to start the conversation without this preparation.
Here are some things that may help, depending on what we are discussing:

• An agenda or some indication of what you would like to discuss.

• Information about your congregation and its background, your sisters/brothers, your ministries, and your current concerns. Websites, chapter reports and resolutions may help here. 

• Important documents may also be helpful. Some examples include your constitutions, recent chapter decisions, and your civil structures.

• You can send any advance information to my email address above.

3. Meetings and Scheduling

• You can schedule meetings using my online scheduler: Bookable. You can use it to schedule phone or video meetings. If you can’t find a suitable time there, let me know and we can arrange to meet at other times to coordinate with your needs. These meetings are on the Jitsi online meeting platform or on your virtual platform.

4. Billing and Payment

• Usual fees are USD 250/hour or USD 2000/day. Allowances can be made in case of community need, please let me know.

• We bill fees and expenses at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s work, with 30 days to pay.

• Visit your online client portal to view and pay invoices. The portal is also useful for sending larger documents. 

• Domestic and International Wire Transfers are acceptable. Please request details.
